Zizoo is looking for a high-performing Head of Sales in the location of Berlin, Germany.
The selected candidate is required to perform the essential roles & duties:
- Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible.
- Managing and be accountable for the entire sales organisation.
- Providing daily feedback and support to your team.
- Managing daily performance and hold regular 1:1 meeting.
- Reporting monthly on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.
- Constantly improve the team’s skills by providing effective training and workshops.
- All aspects of recruitment and selection for the sales department.
- Developing a per-country approach to improving different units simultaneously.
- Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
- Owning the booking process and optimise continuously.
- Keeping team spirit and motivation high at all times.
- The candidate is required to have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a comparable management function.
- The candidate should be talented and motivated; you are objective and collected in all circumstances.
- Must be business driven – failure on your KPIs is not an option.
- Required an extremely dedicated to the company success and you’re able to work independently with your team.
- The candidate must have an affinity with E-travel or E-commerce organisation.
- The candidate should be fluent in English (German and/or additional language is a plus).
