Description: Info Edge India Limited is searching for the Customer Service Executive in Noida (Uttar Pradesh) for meeting the queries of customers through the services provided by the Jeevansathi from their various branches. Apart from it, candidates will be also handling the chat & replies through the mail.

Important Points:-

  • Candidate has to prepare reports & MIS.
  • Candidate should be experienced in the Chat & Email reply process.
  • Candidate willing to work on Saturday & Sundays & provided the off on any of the weekdays.
  • Candidate should be excellent in oral & written communication skills in the English.
