Intelligent Project Resourcing Private Limited is currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator in the location of Sector-1 Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following essential roles & responsibilities:
- Performing End to End office administration duties.
- Managing the day to day tasks to keep the office running efficiently.
- Maintaining human resource functions such as attendance and time off.
- Compiling and completing any required paperwork and documentation for management.
- Coordinating relationships with our banks, accountants and suppliers.
- Proper taking care of Stationary and Housekeeping, security desk maintenance.
- Handling external or internal communication or management systems.
- Managing clerical or other administrative staff.
- Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings.
- Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post.
- Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment.
- Capabilities of handling the management of office equipment.
- Comfortable with remote management.
- Should be experienced with the Microsoft Office suite Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Must be fluent in English and the Hindi Language is mandatory.
