Description:

Fixter Ltd. is currently looking for Customer Service Representative (Garage Operations) in order to manage the first line of contact for customer enquiries and will be responsible for customer communication via e-mail, live chat and telephone at the location of London, United Kingdom.

The candidate is required to handle enquiries from new and existing customers as well as our garage partners and working with other teams supporting process efficiencies to make sure operational KPI’s are exceeded.

Here are the main duties & responsibilities:

  • Customer and garage query resolution.
  • Inbound and outbound call handling.
  • Responding to live chat.
  • Handling customer e-mail enquiries.
  • Task management.

Requirements & Expectations from the Candidate:

  • Have a passion for best in class customer service.
  • Be proactive in dealing with enquiries/complaints.
  • Have demonstrable motor vehicle technical knowledge.
  • Be flexible to meet the demands of the role.
  • Display positive behavioural indicators to clients and colleagues.
  • Have excellent written communication skills.
  • An excellent telephone manner is quite essential.
