ICICI Securities Limited is currently seeking Customer Service Executives at the location of Sector-2 Juinagar West, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following nature of duties:
- Handling all customer Escalations.
- Engaging with multiple internal departments to resolve issues within specified TAT.
- Ensuring that all queries are resolved within TAT.
- Reverting for RCSG cases.
- Monthly Auditing of SR, CR, ESC.
- Discussions of process and product improvements basis quality discussions.
- Conducting pieces of training across teams for FCRM usage Resolve issues pertaining to FCRM errors.
- Mapping, demapping and assignments of User & BC IDs Escalation matrix updation.
- Sharing of daily and monthly reports.
- Managing and guide the customer service team.
