Description:

ICICI Securities Limited is currently seeking Customer Service Executives at the location of Sector-2 Juinagar West, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following nature of duties:

  • Handling all customer Escalations.
  • Engaging with multiple internal departments to resolve issues within specified TAT.
  • Ensuring that all queries are resolved within TAT.
  • Reverting for RCSG cases.
  • Monthly Auditing of SR, CR, ESC.
  • Discussions of process and product improvements basis quality discussions.
  • Conducting pieces of training across teams for FCRM usage Resolve issues pertaining to FCRM errors.
  • Mapping, demapping and assignments of User & BC IDs Escalation matrix updation.
  • Sharing of daily and monthly reports.
  • Managing and guide the customer service team.

Qualification Eligibility: 

Any Graduate.
